Q: How long will it take for my jacket to be completed?

A: The jacket will take 4 to 6 weeks, not including delivery time.

Q: What kind of guarantee will I get?

A: Your satisfaction is important to us. Any garment found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at our cost. We offer a life time guarantee on all seams on made to order jackets. If any seam ever opens, for any reason, we will repair it at no charge.

Q: What if my jacket does not fit?

A: The size of the jacket that you order will be the size you receive. Unfortunately, there is a no return policy if you order the wrong size jacket. Please check your size carefully. If a jacket is sent to you and it is a size other than what you ordered it will be replaced at our cost.

Q: Can I make modifications to my jacket after I order it?

A: Your order can be modified within five days of receipt.

Q: Can I cancel my jacket order?

A: Your order can be cancelled within five days of receipt, but after production has begun a cancellation penalty will apply.
